I mostly play on 888Pacific, sometimes on Titan and now on FullTilt, although the FT software has failed to load 3 times and I've had to reinstall each time to get it running?(

I have some amazing friends from Leeds. How old are you? Maybe you will know them?
As far as Gala goes you really don't have to worry, the players are generally terribad, but the games are pretty decent. On Easter Saturday there is a £20+£20 2k added 10k pot guaranteed, why don't you try it on?

Love the Leeds Gala, so niiiice. There are some really good tournaments on offer there and worth checking out once you've honed your skills online!

Sadly can't do Easter Sunday at the Gala as going to a wedding that weekend. I'm 30-ish and don't really know any other poker players in Leeds apart from one or two I've lost touch with. I'm not sure I can even call myself a poker player at the moment. I'm on a downswing and playing like Jerry Yang without God on my side!

Well, there isn't a great deal you can do about the downswing, it happens to us all It's important to just focus on making the best decision possible for each situation and to avoid the dreaded tilt.
