Watch coaching videos it will help you a lot.. I suggest do it one hour or half hour in a day. The most 4 common leaks in holdem NL by Phil Gordon was verry helpfull for me.

I kinda sat down in the same boat this weekend after having played a few mtt and getting deep, there is a good rush involved.
Suffice to say, I suppose time and bankroll is a kicker for me, so just have to roll with cash for now, but realized I can always do freerolls or wait until I have a healthy bankroll and a spare day.
