It's good to hear that the US government's case is most likely not cut and dried. However this makes it even less obvious why Stars - and not Full Tilt as yet - is denying Americans access to real-money play; the offer of games doesn't appear to be what's illegal, and in any case how much can it hurt the site to continue what they've been doing for the past several years?
And ironically it seems to be Full Tilt that's suffering the bigger relative drop in player numbers.
mixing in 6max as well as 9mans across party/FT at the moment. running about 50BIs < EV in the last week which is fucking shit.
dropping the 60s for a while until i get my BR sorted.

I'm not even sure that he is right. It seems that based on the argument that poker is a game of skill more than a game of chance, then it may be taxable...
why give the ATO cause to consider it by having an interview solely designed to massage his ego? well...who knows

I'm an italian sng 6max player and i'm playing on stars.it
In Italy we have only sng up to 100€ atm (91+9), and I'm mixing 20 30 50 100 because of the low volume on the high stakes sng's.
I'm litteraly burning € from 20th March due to a downswing that seems never end, about 300 buy in (avg 50€) and about 150 buy in ev in 4000 sngs
Summarizing, I really need to talk with someone who play everytime 6max with 3-4-5 other regular (they are not all good players, but at least they are really EV-- for me ^^)

final tabled 2x 12k gtds today. 7th and 5th.
played really good, just couldnt run good at the end. the 2nd FT was so fishy. guys were open shipping 20bbs and reshipping 50bbs. some guy bet/called for 3x pot with a gutshot. i lost AQ vs K8s when the SS open shipped 15bbs for a 50BB chip lead. then i had one pretty sick hand where i couldnt do much and had to get the chips in in a pretty ugly spot.
I isod a limper from the SB with TT, i had about 18bbs eff. BB came along he was a mega fish very loose, spewy and bluffy. flop was A87cc i have TcTx . BB has 1PSB. i check, bb bets 1/3 limper folds. cant really just c/f to this guy so i got it in he has AT and im practically dead. then KJs < 66 next hand and boom im out in 5th with 1.5k in equity left up for grabs... so sick, but thats my luck lately.
made like 4 or 5 FTs already this month, only played 70 MTTs.
oh yeah and im out of my STT downer, +35BIs today too.
still a pretty shit month, worried about my withdrawl processing.

Yea I've heard some bad things about Neteller in the past from poker players.. That's why I was really surprised when I learned most of you guys use neteller and not moneybookers 
I'm sure it sorts out and I'm sure you have no problem paying the bills ♠_biggrin: but I understand the frustration anyways 
moneybookers is best, cheaper if im nt wrong.
