then which betsizing i should use?

oh, Iahvent noticed its a 3bet pot ... then for bet bet he would need to be a little bit more deep

Now jsut shove in, he wont fold much though but u have some FE + u r sometiems ahead and u ahve equity

I did bet 8$ and he folded. But i think shove isn't good here. With such small bet on flop he's very hesitating i think
