Villain is standart NL5 player def call me down whit top pair.
On flop it think I will be ahead most of the time.
But on turn I didn't think he had the best hand and i put him on pair of jacks our even flush draw and i was thinking he will pay me of.
If i check this hand on turn do i miss some value in long run?
How I should play this hand??

Hello ejietdirst00,

I don't think that we would fold here, the Check/Fold on turn is still too weak since there are just so many draws and even worse pairs which may Call us. Plus on river you can't really Check/Fold either for the given odds. Therefore on that limit seems to be fine, you will face very loose players and as you even saw such a hand. In long run you will earn from them a lot more money. :)

Best regards.

In a 3 bet pot you should be willing to go broke with TPTK, overpair, you shall never fold them.

There are still specific spots actually, where you can consider that but yes, mostly.
