Please help me know if I have ads on the sites. And now it is impossible to payout money

I checked your tickets which you've been exchanging with our customer support and it seems that there is a problem with your link referring your friends to us?

Please advice them to ALWAYS enter your PokerStrategy.com username in the "Referred by" field so they are 100% tracked.

Also, I can't see any payment declined on your profile. Please answer our ticket here and help us solve this issue.

"The payout request was denied".
"You are not currently allowed to request payouts. Please contact our customer support with any questions you may have."

i would advice you to do the same thing then and contact support to sort out issues. watch your tickets and be sure to carefully follow instructios.

why should I contacted moneybookers?
I am so confused about whether pokerstratety not going to pay me a referral results

do not worry, PokerStrategy.com will never ever scam you out of your money. while this get sorted out, rest assured your money will not disappear.
im not really sure what the problem is. have you used your mb account recently?
i am from asia as well and moneybookers had stopped allowing gambling transactions for my country.
(meaning they stopped accepting money from poker related sites so i couldnt withdraw to the account anymore). maybe the same has happened to you. they are trying to pay you but mb blocks the transaction. i would contact mb if this was the case. just ask if you are allowed poker/gambling transactions in your country. if not, just contact support to use another payout system.

hopefully this problem can be overcome and the support team can help me be happy, I have had several transactions in moneybookers so far no problems. only recently have I can not withdraw from pokerstrategy to moneybookers.
