[Closed] Hours of playing

Hi guys, how much u play poker daily? I have to ask because i usually have profit in first 3 or 4 hours of playing. After that i see that im starting to lose slowly and usually dont comeback on daily max profit. Probably my concentration is problem... But im not sure why always losing after 3 or 4 hours.

First to say I'm a SNG player and i multitable: I have multiple small "sessions" per day usually 1,5 - 2,5 h per "session". Starting several SNG within the first 1,5 hour and than stop registering). than a break of ... (at least 30 min). Lately I am just adding one another session but i used to add two or three sessions more.

I think those breaks are really helping to stay focused.

About 5-7 hours with one break in the middle. If I feel my concentration start to slip I try to pull myself back, if I can't then I take an extra break or just stop playing for the day.
