I've always liked using my points on ftp and stars to get their decks of cards. They're pretty good quality.

Now thats a great idea. The premium deck (the plastic one, not coated paper) costs 2250 FTP points, thats if I am not mistaken almost exactly 3$ lost on rakeback (1 FTP eats approx 0,005$ from earned net rake, thats 0,005*2250*0,27 = 3,0375). Also, "all shipping fees are included in FTP price" or something like that is written in the shipping terms.
