did you download from the link? thats important! And yes, you have to check a box, where you grant pokerstars the right to tell pokerstrategy how you are doing. Pokerstars is probably the only pokersite that respects international privacy laws:), im actually quite happy about that! So many company's sell your email to nigerian people these days, that this surprised me in a positive way!

Yes i have downloaded from the link few times now and it is always the same problem. There is no "Requests->Information Sharing button.
Have someone the same problem?
Please help

ok try this: Remove pokerstars again, then remove cookies:

Internet Explorer: Tools --> Internet options --> General --> delete cookies

Tools --> Options --> Privacy --> Show Cookies, then a you can find pokerstars in the list, delete those...

And then download and install from the link again.

I remember somebody else having similar problems, IIRC he wrote to the pokerstars support and they then activated the option for him. Look through this forum here, I remember reading about it not so long ago.

I send mail to pokerStars support and they send me this:
