i would have reraised the flop, the rest is wp i think

Strong bet by SB. Suppose that I can´t fold overpair to that bet, so I would re-raise 3$ and fold to his push. Sounds a little weak but flushdraw shouldn't go all-in against overpair.

you always play against ranges. In his range are sets, but there a draws, PP and some Jx hands, too.

If the flop is dry, you can call. But on this flop you have to raise for protection. A potsize raise would be 5,4$. But if you raise too 5$, you get sooo goood odds, that it is completly unpossible to fold an overpair.

Pot is 8$ ( with reraise 5$ ) Hero is left with 4.3$ ( No stack size here, but i assumed 10$ start ).

If he got reraised allin here its something like 3.1$ more ( if SB has max 10$ at start also ) Pot is 16.1$ at this point, 1:5.2 odds.

This way you always pays off flopped lower pocket sets.

I would also reraise here on the flop definitely but might be think, what would make a player push on my reraise, bluff push ? draw push ? After i showed so much strength ?

yes, and yes. I think laying down overpairs to strength from a villain is -ev.

Every thing depends on how the player has been playing through the game.

But on the info you have given, here is what i think.

The bet of £1.20 (2/3 pot bet) on the Flop is a protection bet from the flush, (Good Call)

Now with the pot bet of $4 on the turn, he has just told you his hand AJ maybe KJ if he a donk.

You think set, tell me this, why call a pre-flop raise then on the flop bet into the raiser you just wouldnt do it with a set. you would let the raiser Cont bet you.

So you raise on the turn and hope he has the AJ and not the KJ so that he thinks you have KJ. He goes all in and you call then take the pot unless an A or J hits the river. (So you played it perfect.)

If he did have i set then UL.

Right that's the point. Probably he wouldnt bet first in on the flop with a made set.
