I think you can easily call the turn. the bet on turn is like 16% pot and the raise is only a min raise so I think you can call the turn bet and reevaluate on river.

Pre-flop: isolation raise might be an idea, since there are 5 people behind us and it's not exactly the best hand for a multi-way pot unless we hit a flush.

Flop: You should consider raising or re-raising to protect against flush draws and getting information.

Turn: If I understand correctly, then BB is effectively all in? In that case calling could be o.k. and then re-evaluate river, since villain just might shut down there if he is betting with a flush draw or a middle pair.
If we don't improve on river & villain shoves - fold, if there is a small bet then could consider calling that. We do hold tptk and considering how weird betting patterns were it might very well be the best hand, unless BB has something like AA/KK (as of turn that is).

I´d also likely call turn, since there are small chance that UTg2 can isolate his shove with his strong draws, like AsKs and more likely also min-raise with Qx hands, like QJs, QK, AQ. So you should get river quite often your free showdown if you´re ahead

I'm a little worried about UTG2 .. he c-betted 3way and then called the reraise. What hands is he gonna do that with?

Maybe we have to fold on the flop?

Qx, flushdraw, maybe also TT-JJ thinking that BB doesn´t have anything and ofcourse his overpairs and JT
Imo his hand range is too wide that you can fold your AQ
