For security reasons, the decision taken in the ID Check is final and customer support team cannot overturn the decision.

If the ID Check is not successful, it only means that you cannot receive the starting capital. If you are of legal age, you can still make a deposit at a poker room, receive a deposit bonus and subsequently start earning StrategyPoints.

I hope you'll decide to take advantage of what PokerStrategy.com has to offer excluding the free $50 starting capital.

you say the same to everyone, what kind of a security check is this?
hmmm... something like this (4 example)
1000 ppl pass the quiz a day, and u just randomly choose 10 of them, and to the rest you just say the id check failed.

there no other better reason cuzz theres a bunch of ppl on the forum saying the ID check failed for them too..

its just not right, its not like 990ppl FAKED their id card, its stupid to think that anyone would rly do that!

tell the people the truth about your 50USD start money that only 5% will get that.... not the stupid ID fail

I appreciate and understand your frustration, but can confirm that PokerStrategy is a totally legitimate and hugely respected company in the industry.

It has given away well in excess of a million $50 free starting capitals and will happily continue to do so for all new members who pass the quiz and ID check. There is no random allocation and it's of course in PokerStrategy's own interest to provide this funding as it's part of the massive investment in players already undertaken, including the strategy articles, coaching etc.

You will of course appreciate that anyone giving away free money has to undertaken some simple precautions to protect itself from being taken advantage of. The ID check is a simple and one-off process, but I'm afraid as our Head Admin has already confirmed, we are unable to give away any in depth details of that process for obvious security reasons.

Supports decision is final and binding, however as Ingrid also indicated this doesn't mean to say that you can't still play a full and active role in our great community.
The free starting capital is just a very small part of the membership benefits available to you here and we all hope that you will continue to stick around.
