reads on fish: native with a full beard (this practically assures me that he is a fish), he c/MinR TPWK vs a bet and a call on a A23 board (he had A6), he plays like 70-80% of his hands, playing very passivly, donked and barreled multway with two pair on a drawy board and bet small/called on a river where villain almost always had him beat, he previously said "since i am the SB and am paying $1, i mght as well pay $15 to see the flop."

3 limps, Hero raises to $15 (standard size given limpers in live games), SB calls, everyone else folds
Flop is 653r (pot is about $40)
SB donks $15, (here i discount all two pairs/set/straights b/c i believe villain would either c/r them or bet bigger on the flop to protect), Hero calls $15 (here i decided to call b/c i dont think vilain has too strong a range maybe some pairs and some 4x hands and mybe some random hands like 89 and perhaps even just overcards, i also considered a bluff raise here with the intention of continueing on the turn but i decided that since villains range isnt to strong i can usually get him to fold by being agro on future streets)
Turn is a 5 (pot is about $70)
SB checks, Hero bets $45 (given sb range i think betting turn and river is fine cuz i believe that we have alot of FE), SB calls $45 (here i think i can also discount trips cuz i think he will never c/c trips here fearing that str8 possibilities will hit on the river)
River is a K (pot is now $160)
bink i got the best hand here about 95% of the time here, SB bets $50, Hero calls $50 (in retrospect i think i should made a small "thin" value raise on the river cuz i am almost always ahead and i have seen him bet/call in bad spots before.
Comments on the hand would be appreciated especially about whether to bluff raise or float flop and whether to value raise river..

I pretty much agree with you on everything you said:
I like the call on the flop because I think in case we raise he might still call with some weak draws.
Generally you could argue we were raising for value then, but we'd check back the turn and fold to a riverbet whereas if we call the flop he can c/c his thin draws as well on the turn and we get a free SD having some SD-value.
On the river I'd also put in a small raise to smth like 120. Imo this line is either a busted draw or a weak medium strength hand, but occasionally you will see a 5 that he led the flop with and got deceptive with on the turn.
