Hey guys,
I deposited $600 on Stars for the max bonus 4 days ago. Since then, I have earned $211.29 according to PT3, or $212.47 according to HEM. Also, $50 of the bonus has been released, as well as $10 of the stellar rewards. This all added should amount to ~$871-3, however my cashier says $854.68. Since I'm playing only NL10, this is almost 2 buyins I'm missing. Ideas?

It might be the case that PT3 or HM haven't imported all hands. Reasons:
- You have been disconnected
- PT3 and HM can't read a hand (any import errors?)
- You left the table to early and the handhistory is not complete etc.
Furthermore did you already add the stellar award? If I remember it correctly you need to go to the shop in the PokerStars software and add the award there.

Seems the problem lies in me using TableNinja's close all tables hotkey, and PokerStars not writing the hand history on tables which were closed in this way and it was my turn to act, ie: I raise, get reraised, and close all instead of folding.
