However, in this specific spot Fish is IP so it may have anything so here I can potentially get to showdown w Ahi even though I expect to lose to 44 or smth like that

Well in hand 1 it depends completely on your assumptions whether to barrel or not.
Since you know it works oftentimes, then of course go for it, I do this sometimes, too.
However, you can also argue that once he c/c the flop he probably expects you to barrel and therefore doesn't plan on folding.
Personally on the river I'd either overbet all in myself or give up.
You cannot rep the straight too well so I'd expect quite a lot of calls from smth like Jx or even hands like 77-TT that realize you wouldn't valuebet too many Jx yourself (i.e. you have a very polarized range).

In hand 2 I'd not bet the turn. Even if they don't care wether you can rep anything or not, this board still hits their ranges a lot.
So you don't have too much foldequity here imo and GS+OC doesn't have enough equity to justify a bet.

Yes I believe there are.

If he started c/calling Jx or TT/99 with the intention of bluffcatching 3 streets, he will just call a $28 bet.
But if we overbet he has a very hard time because he should realize that in this spot the bigger bet doesn't necessarily mean we polarize our range because his range for calling is so much weighted towards those weak medium strength hands that we can adapt by valuebetting KJ+ or even QJ+ and just don't bluff (for $28).
Of course by shoving we can again have bluffs in our range, but he needs to realize this first and then figure how many bluffs we have AND come to the conclusion that he can make a +EV call.
