I would fold the turn, given the fact that 3 is a bad card for him to 2nd barrel air or something that you beat. Given your play, your value bet on the river seems fine, but as i said i would fold turn.

Depends what's his CBet on turn? Or why did you pick the fact that he can 2barrel with air as well or some FD/overcard type of hands? Although your line is reasonable if you had a reason for that. He seems to be as well somewhat aggressive then we might even expect him to pick 2nd barrel lines with air/draw type of hands.
