Just saying...
PLO hand reports are way better than NLHE hands. More PLO events please! =)

Not a good our for Nazgul.

Blinds up to 400/800 now

Nazgul 11k
Thorsten77 15k
Bokkie 23k
FA_Morgoth ??
psychobenny 115k

Nazgul lost a huge pot with second set. He had KKxx, villain had AAxx and they got it in on the flop of A K x.

Nazgul said that it was his first set in 3 hours.

He was crippled after that hand but doubled back up after picking up AAxx himself and hitting A on the river. The same villain had KKxx this time.

lots more action in PLO games. but unfortunately, there's not many of these events though. :(

Durrr and chip lead just don't go together! haha..

Blinds 500/1k

Nazgul 30k
Thorsten77 17k
Bokkie busto
FA_Morgoth 30k
psychobenny 160k

Nazgul was actually down to just 1.6k after the huge cooler earlier but he recovered spectacularly to get back to a decent stack.

Bokkie also ran into a cooler and busted out. It was Vincent Van Der Fluit who busted him.

On a flop of K 5 2, they got it all in with A A 2 2 vs 8 6 5 5, sick cooler for Bokkie especially considering his dynamics against Vincent who was playing almost every hand.

psychobenny got moved to Shaun Deeb's table.

Deeb: "I have a feeling this table is going to get really interesting"

Day 1 is over and only psychobenny and FA_Morgoth made it into they two. They have 78.7 and 30k respectively.

Nazgul and Thorsten77 both busted in the last level.

On a flop of JT2 rainbow, villain bets 6k into a 6k pot and Nazgul repots it to 24k with A J T 2, villain calls.

Turn 6 Nazgul goes all in for 13.7k and villain calls again with Q 9 7 5

River K and Nazgul was outdrawn on the river.

----------------

Thorsten77 was knocked out by Joseph Cheong. Bvb, Thorsten77 raised K:c J:c J 9 in SB, Cheong defended his A:s Q:s 6:c 3:c by calling.

Flop T:c 4:c 2, Thorsten pots it, Cheong calls

Turn 2 Thorsten jams and Cheong calls

5 on the river gives Cheong the straight.

--------------------------

As for psychobenny, he lost half his huge stack to Shaun Deeb in one hand.

One raised, one call and Deeb calls from BU. Benny calls with A:s K 6 4:s ds in BB.

Flop K T 7:S:s, Benny bets 6k into the 8k pot, all fold and Deeb pots it to 28k, benny shoves for and Deeb calls with his remaining 72k showing T 9 7 6 :s

Turn and river both brick and Deeb doubles up to become one of the chip leaders with bottom two pair.

They resume at 2:30 pm tomorrow.

105 left and blinds will be 600/1,200

"2:30 pm tomorrow" - is that 2:30 pm GMT? I suppose not, it's probably going to be in the evening hours in England, isn't it?
