So the question we have to ask ourselves here is, is villain betting an ace high or ten high/9 high flush on the river?

It sure looks like a value bet however I'm also puzzled about CO's bet sizing on the river. CO could have bet full pot on the river and that would have put him all in which I kinda think he should be doing with a nut flush on the river.

I'm tempted to check raise all in myself on the river as i'm not sure he can fold a T or 9 high flush but at the same time, it does look like the nut flush as well because they bet an amount that is asking to be called.

check/calling is probably best here on the river as we win some money off bluffs (donking full pot just leads to losing money against those bluffs). I don't think i'm folding no matter how much villain bets on the end however.

Isn't the raise preflop out of position too loose though?

I don't mind raising good connected hands v a limper. I'd open this UTG most of the time too, so I think it's fine. Given this guy raises 22% of his hands, a CO open limp is going to be a pretty weak hand mostly too.

If villain had raised, then a 3bet would be questionable, but I'm pretty comfortable playing this hand in a raised pot oop.

Raising preflop is better than calling preflop, and certainly better than folding preflop.

Because we're get HU more often (and our hand is better HU than multiway) and we get *some* fold equity. Correct?

For balance it's better to check the turn, as we would also check here with hands like a set or 2 pair that we donk out on the flop.
