Since he is so passive I would bet fold the flop, and if he just calls then bet the turn and if he just calls then evaluate on the river to value bet or check behind.

perfect flop for a cbet... quite few hands connect with this flop.. and there aren't really many speculative hands that can float you here... and even when he calls you you still have position to control the pot ♠_biggrin:

We have no reads on his passivity. But vs a passive player you can take this line where you fold the river instead of calling. Anyway I cbet this flop vs unknown.

Granted we do not see his AF but at 46/2 over 98 hands I would assume he is pretty passive.

Naw some people play very aggro postflop compared to preflop. Enough people at least for me to be unable to make this assumption :P.
