@ OP: Last week whilst playing live poker at the casino I was involved in a hand in which 2 other people were involved in, I had QQ, one villain had JJ and the other AA. This all seems like that damned casino is trying to get us involved in big pots so that they can rake more! LIVE POKER IS RIGGED!

I got JJ on 3rd hand of HU I played home with friend, we got allin, and he had AA.

My card deck must be rigged.

because when you win you are good, and when you lose it's rigged.

I think its pretty well known that PS and FTP are rigged, both in a different way though. FTP uses constant shuffle and PS set deck.

There should be a new rule implemented in pokerstrategy forum. Some thing like this: "if a player is to open a thread to say that the poker room is fixed or helping players to lose, that player MUST put his pokersite nickname and post at leas 100 hands"

that way we all can see if it is really worth it to read the thread or not.
ahh, if the requirements are not posted in the thread, the thread should be moved to the trash can.

sry bart, i intended to joke more than anything... and a little at OP's expense I'll admit.

I do think that the kind of feedback players get in response to starting a tilt thread can be either good or bad for them depending on whether or not they crave attention, and whether or not people get them thinking straight.

My fear is that when a player starts claiming to understand their problem with statements like "rigged" its more often the case they've made up their mind.

A player who comes instead asking questions like "why did this happen" or "how do i explain why this happens" seems to me like a part of the poker community.

Its taken me 20 000 hands to realise that its not the site im playing at but the way I was playing
I know some people will tell you that 20k hands are not that many as a sample size but I only play one game at a time!!! You will get sucked out many many times but if you stick with the strategy from this site you will make a profit!! I have found that there are no short cuts with online poker you have to put the effort in to learn how to play. Its only in the last 10k hands that I have really started to learn. Stick with ps and they will steer you in the right direction. Sometimes the posts on here can seem a little harsh but its generally a sign that you are way off the mark!!!
Give ps a chance to show you how to win and im sure you will change your opinion that poker sites are rigged!!

im in the exact same position as you roo. took learning seriously at the end of may and got my ass on pokerstrategy, sat down, CLOSED FTP, then started reading. printed up the stuff and read more. played with the MSS charts on my desk and a good 30k hands later i can clearly see on my graph the exact point at which i started playing differently - the graph starts going up lol. i love reading these sorts of threads cos i used to think it was rigged whenever i lost but now i know it was always my game that was off the mark.

My 2 cents.

I first thought this to be true when i 1st started playing, because, yes you guessed it i thought i was good and i wasnt and i i thought i played hands the right way and now i can see that i wasnt. So guys who still believe full tilt poker is rigged:

I went from a losing player with a negative roi to a player with a 101% roi over 1k+ tourneys and over 100k hands in ring games, 5k profit in tourneys and 2K profit in ring games in 1 YEAR! This was due to tireless dedicated work whether it was by watching videos or reading strategies and forums like this one. So i tell you guys who think Full tilt is rigged get your act together and work hard otherwise you will keep going broke and we will keep taking your money.
