ch/c flop is ok I think because of the small bet. Should I raise turn? Call river?

550 on turn, charge him to stay in a hand, there are actually some cards you dont wont to see on river. And if he is on some kind of draw and does not hit, you wont get more chips on river.

This. As played just call the river raise. He either has you beat here or you're chopping, putting in that last 460 chips serves nothing.
