Preflop: Hero is SB with 9♥, 9♦
UTG2 calls $0.10, MP1 calls $0.10, 4 folds, Hero raises to $0.55, BB folds, UTG2 raises to $1.80, MP1 calls $1.60, Hero folds.

Flop: ($4.15) 9♠, 7♦, 2♥ (2 players)
UTG2 checks, MP1 checks.

Turn: ($4.15) 4♣ (2 players)
UTG2 raises $1.87 (All-In), MP1 folds.

Final Pot: $6.02

Would it have been profitable to call the pre-flop 3bet here? I didn't think so, but I wish I had!

Hello SnoWonder,

The problem with those small stacks is that you have to be ready to go broke against them. And while they are such shorties I usually like to just limp it in to avoid exactly such spots. And as you played it this way there is not much to add.

Best regards.
