So, I requested 80$ like two weeks ago, and I still didn't get my payout. I contacted party poker support, they say that they paid to me and will send payout proof. And bank says I haven't got any payout 
it's not like I misstyped anything

probably will get more info about that only next week or so.
But dunno what to contact now. I mean when partypoker will send me proof, I will bring it to bank and see if they can do something... Nothing else I can do.
yes, with the transaction number your Bank will be able to trace the transfer in the system. Especially if it got lost/stuck.

What kind of transfer did you use and which country are you? I had some very huge problems, it were bigger sums though...

Lithuania, Bank transfer.
What problems did you have?
I had 800$ transferred to my Neteller without problems.
Another 100$ to my old bank account I don't use anymore.
But now 80$ didn't get on my new bank account

just got payment proof, It's in my mail as pdf file so I could print it and bring to bank so they could trace it. It just says what company made that cashout and a lot of reference numbers and so on
I actally managed to withdraw my money to my brothers bank account, but that was just me being stupid
went to bank and bank staff said that money was in EUR, because of that I couldn't take it off with my debit card 
really strange, when I took money off to other bank, it would convert automaticly
