Also, since the minimum TAF bonus required for it to be transfered to our poker account is 50$, is it possible to keep the TAF bonus from being transfered untill more than 50$ is accumulated?
You can not request a transfer before you have at least $50 to be transferred. Then you can wait up to how much you want before you request that transfer (at least I have never heard there is a max limit).
