Well, with respect to the way he treated perkins... I think the fact that he's a fish is pretty irrelevant since treating someone well to keep them at the table has nothing to do with respect.
Perkins probably expects to come out a loser in the long run... he's likely not playing with someone else's money or getting endorsements from wherever and just wants to enjoy himself.
I think this alone is reason enough to give him some respect regardless of how he plays. He doesn't need a professional propping up their own ego, making someone else have a shitty time, and stating the obvious fact that perkins isn't a poker pro.
Its incredibly disrespectful for another person to expect everyone else to live according to their own rules & beliefs.
If Phil wants to just play with pros who won't mis-treat him then he should be an online grinder at mid/highstakes... but i don't think that will ever happen because then he has no excuse for losing.
