Usually yes. Depends a bit on the 50/x fish and you, though. If the fish is the "limp/call pre -> fit or fold post" type guy and I expected you to get frequently out of line in position there (which you kinda did this hand ), I might want to mix some c/c-lines with Jx type hands into my strategy ( preferably Q+ kicker to hit some potential barreling cards)

[On higher limits, your assumption should get less accurate since balancing becomes more important and as CO you don't want to c/f every time you check in spots like this]

So I tried to record a few session for my video with TwiceT. One of the first ones I recorded I thought was really interesting, I got creative and went in alot of battles with other regulars. Sadly, my first attempts of recordings failed. My stats simply werent showing

After a lot of searching, I found a thread that would solve my problems. Didn't have much time left, so the session I recorded was very boring compared to the other ones, but TwiceT made a vert good point when he said "everyone knows how to play a set, it's the small pots that counts".

He didn't beat me up about my game either (in fact, he said my game was good enough for my limits (NL25 and NL50). So that's comforting. But hey, I still have plenty of time to prove him wrong! Just kidding. Or am I?

It was my first coachingexperience with TT even though I know him for quite long already. I was a bit scared, but I can't say anything else than that I really loved it. I really loved his thoughtprocess and ideas for some spots that I hadnt even thought about. I can't wait for some crazy live-play!

So funny that you're becoming an aunt in the same time i found out i'm becoming a uncle. In my case though, it was a irresponsability from my older brother.

How long is your future nephew already?

@vonki well my brother does not know either, only 10 weeks. Make sure you be a blessed aunt for the baby that is coming! (and teach him poker).

I am a bit behind on volume, 17/110 hours played. I did do quite alot of reviwing/strategytalk so I'm not feeling like I've been slacking. I'm hoping to have hit 40 hours by sunday. Should be doable.

Soooo. Brazil plans are back on!

I was planning on going to spain instead, but lately I've just been thinking that it's not really what I want. The whole point of it was to be living out my dream, and yea Spain would be nice but is it really a dream of mine? No.

But brazil... brazil is. Florianopolis is. So they're back on! ♦

And as if things couldnt get better, someone else dreams the same dream, and together we're going after it. Ofc, my old stundent lives there aswell, which is really awesome too!

The hope is to be able to go sometime in January, so the months ahead are gonna be full of planning, saving and hard work. Should anyone have a serious interest in coming along, don't hesistate to contact me!

2500 hands today, mixed NL25 and NL50 due lack of good NL50 tables

result is +$105 and I get to stay on NL50 for now

I'm very glad you are considering again staying here in Brazil, I'm sure you will like here and most important, people will like you.

Florianopolis is a great city, one of the best in Brazil for sure. Deff gonna spend a week visiting you if you do move. How much time you are considering staying?
