it may take a few hours for their system to update. and maybe also their system registers that you havent fulfilled the withdrawal requirements yet for the free $50 so you are not able to withdraw yet. you should contact Party Poker support to clarify these matters.
but if it was me, i would just start playing poker to collect 100 points so i can withdraw. it seems useless to try to withdraw when you are not yet allowed to withdraw because you have not completed withdrawal requirements.

You've made a deposit with what payment method? Have you contacted Party Poker and explained them the situation?
Normally, you wouldn't have the option to withdraw unless you deposited with a payment method that is also available to withdraw to.
For example, this could be restricted by country. This is why is important that you contact the poker room and tell them where you from, what payment method you used to deposit (with out entering the bonus code, so you are not even restricted by a first deposit bonus rules only the free $50).
