after losing 2.75$ after 3½ hours and 566 hands 
i took a break watching handball wm denmark won over Russia

i went back to play some more poker, i played about 1½ hour at the .05/.10 tables but as i ran out of tables that i could join with 2$ had about 240$ then, i went to the .15/.25 NL tables and after an hour my bankroll is now officially over 300$
i won 65$ in that hour so my BR is now 305$ ♦

ARGH crap i hate poker up 66$ one day down 100$ the next, god damn mansion, they killed all my good hands AA, KK,QQ,JJ,AK,AQ and so on, i even got called by 74os when i had KK and the a$$ hit a straight when the board came 56?8? fuck they are more nutz at 25NL then they are at 10NL
so , now i got a new stragegy ♦ i went to look at the psych section read it twice that got my mind settled now i'm using the STOP word when ever i start to steam over a bad beat aqnother thing i do now and it works!, is that i play two .05/.10$ and two .15/.25$ tables and that kinda works for me i'm back up at 228$ from 150$ in only two sessions and i've stopped chasing after hands, if i don't hit i C/F so i hope it will be up for awhile now
