Tough spot, impossible to really say without reads.
I don't mind a check here so long as you plan to call any river bet unless it comes something like a Jack or King.
I don't think worse pays you off too much on this turn card. AT probably folds to a bet, it sucks to give a free card here, but I think a lot of people will try to bluff this river if you check.
I did check the Turn, and on the River there was the J, so i did fold.
