I am not receiving my strategy points.I have contacted Stars and they have confirmed that I am tracked,so where are they?

Hi there
We can only recognise a tracked account once that account has begun to receive StrategyPoints.
Since you've never received StrategyPoints on PokerStars, we can't be sure whether you're tracked or not. In such cases, we'd advise you to contact poker room support and ask them to confirm whether or not your account is affiliated to PokerStrategy.com.
Or just drop an email to our support in a few days

just read through the FAQs about receiving points and found out about information sharing,the box was already ticked so I clicked ok.

no no, as soon as you tick the box your StrategyPoints will be summed and sent to us in a report and we'll update in our system. Please allow a few days for this
