I would have liked to see you take a free card on the flop rather than c bet here.
Your opponent will never put you on a nut flush draw after checking the flop and it's a board that is good to checkraise a 3 better on since it doesn't look like you've connected too well. Because all you have is the flush draw you will end up getting it all in behind if this is the case.
As for how to play it now, you can't rep a straight on this board so all you can do is check behind on the turn and hope to hit your outs.
