Well, I doubt that I would change much here. Vs his raise size I'd Call with my TP+GS also. We might even be ahead here. Nice hand!

But what's your plan if the opponent bets the turn again?

I think I'd fold. But I'm not really sure what to do... Against this range we still have 28% equity.

Unfortunately it's a fold. On flop we at least beat some kind of draws but on turn most of the FDs completed and for that reason I'd fold my hand. Against made flushes we are pretty much dead.
