BB ($0.80)
UTG ($0.80)
UTG+1 ($0.97)
UTG+2 ($0.60)
MP1 ($1.96)
MP2 ($1.01)
Hero ($2)
BTN ($2.21)

Dealt to Hero A♣ J♣

fold, fold, fold, MP1 raises to $0.08, fold, Hero calls $0.08, fold, fold, fold

FLOP ($0.19) K♣ 7♥ A♥

MP1 bets $0.28, Hero raises to $0.77, MP1 raises to $1.88 (AI), Hero calls $1.11

TURN ($3.95) K♣ 7♥ A♥ T♣

RIVER ($3.95) K♣ 7♥ A♥ T♣ 8♠

The opponent was raising 75% of the time preflop, so I thought I should call and go all in post flop even with top pair. Should I stick to the rule "small hands - small pots" and fold?

Hello Gloryne,

I don't really understand why do you raise vs his over-bet on flop? You are practically just forcing all worse to fold. Rather Call and reevaluate it on further streets.

Best regards.
