this will make your draw even more expensive

No stay passive. Even 12 good outs aren't enough because he simply calls to much. The turncard is no god to raise too.

you gotta adjust that move to boards AND players - this guy has a wts of 70!! (if that isnt a mistake) that means there is literally no fold equity which is necessary for a call flop, raise turn play with a draw! besides every queen and 9 coming on the turn reduces the fold equity even more since every 8,9,10,J,Q,K and A (with a wts of 70) calls your turn raise!

Hmm if there is no fold equity (I think we both said the same) why raising the flop then? For a freecard is the only option I see and if you meant that then I have to agree with you that I have totally forgotten the freecard raise option which makes a flop raise good even against this opponent.

yep just take the freecard and check behind the turn
