BTN is fish, UTG and MP are regs. What do i do here? Am i ok with just getting in with the fish or is it OK to be greedy here and see the flop 4 way, and perhaps get an all in from UTG if he has AK+,QQ+?

I'm not happy with pre action.
UTG and UTG+1 recieve insane odds to call, and their ranges are built with a lot of pocket pairs and suited connectors, which are so happy to recieve this insane pot odds to call and hit good board in 4way pot with pretty strong ranges.

I dont like it. You give them such sick odds. I also think your cold 4bet looks less strong here since you might do this with stuff like 99+, AJ+ to get it in vs the shorty.

Furthermore you are oop which is gonna make the hand hard to play postflop.

Thank you for your feedback guys, much appreciated

Don't like it either.
My reasons are that they're getting good odds, but more importantly that you won't get much value postflop because you'll be in a 4way pot and nobody will pay off light, so you won't stack QQ and KK.
