Should I have reraised the flop to that bet size?

Well, most likely against that kind of bet size rather raise it than Call it and Check it on turn when he can easily Check behind any kind of draw. Even if I would play it this way then I would most likely just Bet myself on turn to find out where we stand and at the same time protect our hand.

But as played well, I doubt that it's a good idea to Bet/Call it, you ain't gonna win much against passive opponent here anyways. I doubt you gonna see ever here weaker Kx while the opponent is rather passive player.
