BU is a calling station fish, BB is a very tight reg, but just over 15/12 120hands.This was his 1st donk from 4 times, and his aggression factor is 0.8 on the flop.I definetly put him on a strong hand, since i dont think that he will donk here with a FD or SD. Is folding here too weak?

Yeah folding is weak here. It looks like SB has over pair, or maybe 78s, but if he had a pair of QQ beat, dont you think he would not bet out, and go for a c/r? Push here.

Im not always cbetting this board, so he cant expect that. If he has a set, there are a lots of turns which are bad for him. How would you play a hand like 99 or TT in his position? Would you donk with them , and fold vs me and call against the fish?

bet/folding 99/TT in his position would be quite bad.

i agree that you will check back this flop sometimes, so leading in his spot with a set would be ok, but im not sure about his sizing if he has a set. his size looks like a value-bet. i dont think a tight reg is goign to get out of line here without a pretty big hand. if we were IP we could flat and play the turn, but with the fish left to act i think just folding is fine v the NIT reg.

Given how little we have invested, folding cant ever be that bad imo since we are up against strongish range from SB given his stats, of sets, strong draws etc and BU who will often have a piece of this too.

If we call and BU raises we are potstuck and pushing over SB's donk looks pretty ugly since we are flipping at best when called.

We have a decent edge so generally so I dont mind just giving up and waiting for a cleaner bd to get my ovrpair in vs the loose fish.
