bet/fold flop?

0,10/0,20 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Texas Grabem 1.9 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with Q♠, Q♣
2 folds, Hero raises, MP2 calls, 3 folds, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (8,0 SB) 7♥, 2♦, A♥ (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, MP2 raises, 2 folds, Hero calls.

Turn: (6,0 BB) 4♥ (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets, Hero calls.

River: (8,0 BB) T♥ (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 10,0 BB

Results follow (highlight to see):
Hero shows [ Qs, Qc ] a pair of Queens
MP2 shows [ As, 9s ] a pair of Aces
MP2 wins $1.90 USD with a pair of Aces.

b/f flop would be a bit weak i think. but if he is betting a draw then you beat nothing on the turn so maybe just c/f there.
river is a clear fold

After this hand and several similar its hard to fold on river.

Well but it's a total different hand (Other action, board.). Here you got check/raised on the flop so his range is very often an ace or the flushdraw. On the turn you beat neither of them so better fold. Remember you are the TAG who is able to fold. (Every TAG folds the best hand sometimes else he is a callingstation.)

I think you have one of tow lines here:

#1 : make a stab at the Ace high drawy board. If opponent calls shut down completely i.e. c/f the turn

#2 : Double barrel the turn in an effort to convince your oppone his kicker/flush/hand is not good enough.

Not sure about the EV on #2. And note: #2 only works if your opponent is capable of folding. if he still calls, river is a def shut down (like everyone's been saying)
