Villain here is 81/21 after 80 hands has shown down 40% so far but isn't maniacal postflop.
I realise after looking at this hand that I put myself in this spot all on my own.
If I had potted the flop I would have 13$ behind into a 26$ pot on the turn and could blindly shove turns against this guy. Is this a correct assessment?
As played though, I wasn't sure whether my SPR was low enough to go with it on this bad turn. On the one hand I did improve to the wheel so sucked out on 2-pairs etc. but I wasn't sure if they were paying me off?
Then I contradict my own logic and call off a river bet which he probably isn't putting in with anything less than a flush, especially since 5xxx 2ps just filled up.
Every now and again I make these super ugly river stackoffs and it rapes my winrate but they're few and far between now so there you go.
