Depending on how wide MP3's open raising range is I think 3betting AQ is quite fine, you should however have raised more, at least $1.60 imo. Bigger chance of getting it headsup, and then I would most likely cbet it.
As played I'm not really sure, sorry.

Against loose players, the squeeze is good. If MP is tight, just fold.

I'd skip the c-bet on this flop: its likely that your opponents have hit it and you can't represent much.
