We have to give up on this flop and there are many reasons why.

First of all, it's a draw heavy board, one of your opponents could well have flush/full house draws here and they wont go anywhere.
Secondly, we're not deep enough to be able to bet this flop. If you bet the flop and turn with your blockers to the nuts then you have to bet big, after all if you had a straight on this board, there is no way you would be betting much less than full pot.

And so what happens is by the time you get to the river, you've bet $4 on the flop and $12 on the turn all you have left is $11 against UTG and it's unlikely he folds a $48 pot for $11 on the end. And as you pointed out with his stats, he isn't going anywhere on this flop, he will have a small part of it, and that's enough to keep going.

BB being short is also a problem here. When you're against massive calling stations/maniacs you should be looking to take them to value town. You did that successfully with this hand preflop. However this is not the flop to be trying anything on.

So great preflop play, now just give up and wait for the next hand.

I'm only interested in the play at 100BB stack depths as stated in the OP btw, I know this is a no-brainer as played.

After more thought, my assessment is that I don't care about UTG, I'm doing okay vs his range. I just feel I'm crushed by the BB's coldcalling range on this flop, before I thought I might barrel this flop, but now I think I just give up even at normal depths.

If this was a raised pot with normal depths I'm definitely leaning towards a bet though.

This is a very opponent dependent spot. Against a fish who is calling large bets with OESDs and basically a calling station then checking is the best play. Against a mediocre reg who is playing straightforward and/or playing lots of tables then a play I like very much is to bet smallish on the flop and then bomb the turn. This protects you against the times that one person checkraises you and also allows you to pull off a highly successful bluff on the turn as when someone c/c the flop their most likely hand is drawing and once a brick falls on the turn they won't have the odds to continue. The fact that you wouldn't bet small on the flop with a made straight isn't of a high concern against those multi-tabling reg types of players as they won't be thinking too much.
