My pokerstrategy points from mansion stopped updating. Its been the same since feb 03. Why is that?

Unfortunately, we haven't received those points ourselves from Mansion due to technical problems on their side. We just reminded them yesterday, when their response indicated that they still hadn't solved the problem, yet, but would send the points as soon as they become available.
