How should we play this situation against a short stack? We are not going to give up our TPTK, but there is a potential str and FD on the flop? I probably bet the flop a little light, but we would face the same problem on the Turn with a 2/3 pot size bet on the flop. We give the short stack near perfect odds to call our Turn bet, which puts him AI. 
Is the best play to shove on the flop?
Don't be result oriented, no point to shove the flop vs his stack while he will have hard time to Call with a lot worse.
