i know this isn't a big interest to many people but i feel the need to share it 
Before Black Friday i had around $200 in my account.
After it i received free $50 on Everest Poker and tilted it away to $15. I decided to stop moaning about full tilt and start concentrating on my game. This has been the result......so far......

contemplating a 2BI shot at NL10, but we shall see how i feel tomorrow 
yes with $200 i would have 20BIs
But id only take a 2BI shot at NL10.
For example, if i lose 2BI and my account drops to $180, I'd move back to NL5 until I reach $200 again
Cool dude, I recently rolled my bankroll to what a term a decent amount to me anyway, playing the highest limit I have ever played now, but it is pressure times.

Depends on the room. I seem to struggle at stars lately, but i think 21/100 is not sustainable over decent sample size
