Well, I would contibet because it really gives your hand away if you check behind on flop and then show lots of strenght on later streets. Your flop contibet will get called/raised with pocketpairs, some straightdraws, Kx & Tx hands. If villain has none of these, you are not likely to get much, if any, value out of him anyway. Other than that I think you have to play for stacks because he can easily do this with T with worse kicker.
