Ok play here? I just feel it's a good move to counter the squeeze. When we get it in we might not be a favorite against villains range but he should very often fold as well. Here he was actually stacking off with AQo.

It's ok to backraise given your range looks pretty weak, but I think you should shove over the huge squeeze. Imo your huge 4bet looks much stronger because you're committed with it in any case.

In general I think: yes.
However, there are of course always reasons for the opponent to deviate from the expected play, i.e. he was prorbably levelling himself into stacking off with AQ.
