I can't see any other way you could play this, except maybe bet potsize on this flop. Very drawy.

It looks very like BB played JQ and got lucky. Otherwise, he played an Ace, and you won money from him, or he thinks his FD is worth playing to the end, or he had two pair. Very strange play from him.

In any event, you get nearly 1:4, so can't really fold with one street still to come and no more money to go in. At the very least, you get information, and one time in five you probably win it as well.
