Now I'm thinking I could have missed value on the river, a check-raise or a smaller bet perhaps?

Welcome to the NL Hand Evaluation Forum! Hopefully we will see more hands from you in the future. I hope that with our help you can improve your play and as well move up the limits. We will be waiting for the next hands and till that good luck on tables!

Preflop: While there are 2 limpers my raise would be $0,12. Also maybe even add 1BB for being OOP.

Postflop: Don't like your CB size at all. You are inducing opponents to raise you and you are exactly representing the hand you have, either a draw or a weak pair. You should definitely bet it bigger on flop ~$0,16. Otherwise you could easily bet it bigger on river.
