Co raise, i Called from BB=Ad,5d.
flop: Ac,7h,5s.
Here i didnt wana c/r flop cuz i said to myself i have ace,table has ace,he has less likely,and he would fold all connected broadways..
i went for c/c flop c/r turn,table is dry..but what if i try a donk on turn-does it makes sense,maybe he calldown pocket pairs,that he would check behind on turn?
i would be an option to donk out to force pocketpairs to call down and maybe you can induce a raise by AJ AQ AK where he thinks you may donk with some draw or weaker ace. check/call check/raise is viable against opponent who usually keep playing their stronger Ax hands passively on a checkraise flop. like AT AJ etc. against more aggressive opponents you should go for checkraise Flop bet/3bet Turn.
But the problem by donking the Turn is that you kick out bluffs that he may barrel again and he may find your donkbet suspicious and just calls down with A6 A8 A9 AT that you would have gotten 1BB more by checkraising. And most of his hands are Ax hands and ui broadways so better c/c c/r there. Basically it's ok to take this line to balance your weak check/calls but against aggressive opponents you should checkraise and by checkraising you represent a much wider range that he may even feel inclined to calldown with 99+ etc whereby he will almost always put you on Ax when you take such a strong line.
As a default i'd take checkraise Flop but mix up your game and vary your lines it's overall ok.
