Preflop: Fantastic.
Such a small raise on the flop by him, he either has the flop absolutely crushed with a set and a nut flush draw, or he has some weak holding and is hoping to get to the river cheaply via a free card on the turn.
However, there are just no good turn cards for you. A king hitting means you could lose your stack to AK or a set of fours. There are only 6 cards in the deck that give you top 2 pair, so I think this is a fold.
However preflop and flop were played great, but this isn't the board to be bloating the pot any more once raised.
